CozyCabs Subscription Plan Terms and Conditions
1. Subscription Plans:
- Ride Plan A: Includes 10 rides.
- Ride Plan B: Includes 20 rides.
- One Way Pass: Valid for one-way travel.
2. Validity:
- The subscription plan will be valid up to the current date plus the number of ride days purchased, on working days only.
- Example: If you purchase Ride Plan A (10 rides) on July 1st, the plan will be valid until July 15th, covering 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
3. Shared Ride:
- These are shared rides. The ride will pick up and drop off other users along with you.
- You will receive information about your daily booking through our chatbot.
- You can also cancel your booking through the chatbot.
4. Usage Limit:
- Users can book one ride per day with each subscription plan.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Ride Plan A:
- Users can cancel up to 2 rides.
- Full refund for the 1st cancellation.
- 50% refund for the 2nd cancellation.
- No refund if cancellation occurs within 3 hours of the scheduled ride.
- Ride Plan B:
- Users can cancel up to 4 rides.
- Full refund for the 1st and 2nd cancellations.
- 50% refund for the 3rd and 4th cancellations.
- No refund if cancellation occurs within 3 hours of the scheduled ride.
6. Ride Waiting Time:
- The ride will wait for the user for up to 5 minutes.
7. Pickup Time:
- Users will be given a pickup time according to their selected slots.
- User pick and drop will be provided within 3 km of the pre-decided point in the city. Beyond that, extra charges may be applicable.
8. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
9. Emergency Cancellations:
- In case CozyCabs cancels the ride due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.
10. Plan Renewal:
- Subscription plans do not renew automatically. Users must manually renew their plan upon expiry.
11. Non-Transferability:
- The subscription plan is non-transferable and can only be used by the subscriber.
12. Behavior Policy:
- Subscribers are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior. Violations may result in suspension or termination of the subscription.
13. Data Privacy:
- User data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, ensuring your information is protected.
14. Dispute Resolution:

15. Modification of Terms:
- CozyCabs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any changes through the app or email.
16. Payment Terms:

- Rides are subject to availability within our service coverage areas and operating hours.
18. Liability:
- CozyCabs is not liable for any delays, disruptions, or other issues caused by factors beyond our control.

- Users are responsible for ensuring accurate booking details and being on time for pickups.
20. Communication:
- CozyCabs will communicate important information or updates to users through the app, email, or SMS.
